Listening to Myself: My Reflections & Meditations
Listing out my set of meditations which I try to live by every day.
Look around you. You’re alone. There is no one here. It is all scenes running inside of your head.
I am the sole originator of all happiness, emotions, all romance in this world. It’s only me and no one else.
Sunk cost fallacy is easy to fall into. Avoid it all costs. Recognize the void.
Learn to start over things. Learn to start from scratch. It’s difficult and painful. But it will make you what you want to be.
Accept things for how they are. No fantasy planning, no regrets about the past. Embrace reality.
I am not here to seek status or gain respect. I need food, water, and shelter to live, and that is it. Rest is bonus.
Push your ego down. Recognize yourself.
Do not walk on paths carved by others. Carefully choose your identity.
Be bluntly honest with yourself. Don’t fool yourself, in a world where most do it all the time.
Lose your fear of loss, publically. You will never win in a true sense otherwise.
